Rules and Polices
- All Vendors are required to register their business through the Otay Market Nights website. Once you you finalize your registration, our team will send you an approval email that will confirm your participation into the events. Once you are approved from our team, you are now able to make payments for any event at Otay Market Nights. NOTE: Please do not register again, only need to register one time. If for some reason you have not heard back please contact Malena Lowe at 619.569.5880.

We ask that you please submit payment at least 24 hours in advance to help our team with the event set up. During the Payment Process, Upon payment checkout, there are options to select multiple events and pre-book upcoming events. Please select the appropriated dates that you will be attending. After you have submitted your payment, you will be confirmed as a vendor for the date/s selected.24 Prior to the event, our team will send out an email with set-up and load-in instructions. Please remember that all Vendors are responsible for all of their own equipment and items.

All participating vendors understand that that they are purchasing a space and access to a group of individuals who shop at the street market, sales are not guaranteed. Vendors are aware that the market is an open-air community market and while we will do our best to monitor duplicate items/products we are unable to guarantee that another vendor may be selling the same thing.
OMN Vendor Guide
- REGISTRATION: Sellers and Vendors will be required to register and pre-pay through our online platform.
- PAYMENT METHOD: Accepting Debit & Credit Cards (NO CASH ALLOWED)
- SPACES: Vendor Space will be 10X10
- ASSIGNMENTS: Space assignments will be assigned by our team and set-up times will be provided.
- CUT-OFF DATE: 24 hours
- CANCELLATIONS: No Cancellations / No Refunds / No Exceptions
- RENTALS: No Rentals will be offered of any kind; Vendors must bring their own equipment.
- EQUIPMENT: Vendor must bring all of your own equipment. Please bring lights for your booth as well.
- POWER: We do have power outlets on site, however we do highly recommend that all vendors bring their own power and light source.
- TRASH: If vendors produce a larger than average amount of waste, we ask that you bring trash cans for your customers. All trash must be taken off property and disposed of, no dumping items into bins on walkway, trash courts etc.
- FOOD: Food vendors with potential for spills should be placing tarp on the ground
- LOAD IN: Load in time should be completed by 4pm. No vehicles moving on main street after start time and no early load-outs. You must stay in place until end of market.
